the iphone officially lands...this august 22

now we'll be able to own legit iphone's, complete with data plans without having to jailbreak them first.
never had one, and i wasn't falling for the hype. don't get me wrong, it's a great phone, it's just not the superawesomephone everyone has been building it up to be.

my idea of the messiah-phone should have these (implemented beautifully of course)

• music player - multi-format, capable of album art, can read/edit id3 tags, some smart way to browse for songs and enqueue tracks, playcounter, volume levelling with replaygain tags, sync to pc through common desktop media player applications (make it like an MTP device)
  
• radio - smart channel scans and auto fine tuning, AM capable (for tambalang failon at sanchez! hahaha), RDS, internal antenna so i wouldn't need to plug in headphones for this purpose.
  
• camera -at least 3 megapixels, auto/manual focus, anti-jitter, exif tags compliant, and most importantly, xenon flash or better, optical zoom? hehe
  
• organizer - syncs with outlook perfectly, detailed contact list, mail, tasks, notes, can handle basic viewing of attachments.
• web - wifi/gprs/edge with a browser that can handle plugins (flash, java, etc.)
  
• phone - smartphone at least. so that means symbian or windows mobile. this will make sure we can add applications to it or customize it.
• interface - multitouch/stylus based plus some type of qwerty keyboard when necessary.
• memory - expandable, through generic removable cards
• batterylife - days
  
• size - small/thin/light
• price - reasonably affordable (hahahaha)
  

so i'm looking for a mash-up of an mp3 player with radio + pda/pc + digital camera + smartphone

now back to the ridiculously overpriced iphone
